Your latest package arrived today. Thank you! Our Gifts Office will catalogue the items then process them. They will eventually make their way to the Science Department for inclusion in your display.
Our art curator is entering all of the items you have donated into a type of tracking software which will catalogue all of the items. Each item will have your name associated with it as the donor. This means that your name will be associated with all of the items in perpetuity.
As I mentioned before and want to reiterate, I cannot say when the display will be finished. The chair of the Science Department is in charge of this. When he tells me a date, I will share it with you. I would not count on a specific time period.
